• Usage data: tasks, routines, and activity within our products
• Device data: browser type, OS, and IP address for security purposes
• Payment data: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers

Your data is used exclusively to operate and improve EXWIO services.

• To provide, maintain, and improve our AI products
• To generate personalized AI insights within your dashboard
• To send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, alerts)
• To diagnose technical issues and ensure platform security

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

All data is stored on encrypted servers. We use industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest.

Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and Neon (PostgreSQL), both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance.

Access to production data is strictly limited and logged.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with EXWIO.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics may be retained for product improvement purposes.

EXWIO is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will delete it immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of EXWIO after changes constitutes acceptance.
